Current diffoscope autopkgtest depends on mono-utils, a binary package that is no longer built from src:mono ≥ 6.14.1+ds-3. It has been merged into mono-devel binary package. Changing the test dependency from: mono-utils to: mono-devel (>= 6.14.1+ds-3) | mono-utils (<< 6.14.1+ds-3) is one possible way to fix that. Priority is set as "important" because the autopkgtest failure is preventing mono migration to testing.
