Do you intend to clone the repository? If yes I'd ask for removal on Debian/ team space to avoid confusion. In any case I've now set Maintainer: Debian NVIDIA Maintainers <[email protected]> Uploaders: Lennart Weller <[email protected]> For a proper Salvage process we would need another human Uploader. > But I'm not sure whether it is worth the effort - nvtt has been discontinued > upstream and the github repository was archived nearly 5 years ago. > https://github.com/castano/nvidia-texture-tools I noticed that. > I did a quick look, but didn't manage to build either the version in the > master branch nor a dirty import of 2.1.2 over it. > > Anyway, I'm attaching a patch for the sid branch to simplify the multiarch > changes in 2.0.8 (that did clash with 2.1.2). OK, I `git am`-ed it and (force) pushed to (I unintentionally pushed a commit stating unstable as target distribution which is reverted now) https://salsa.debian.org/debian/nvidia-texture-tools > @Andreas: Could you try to merge your changes into the master branch? Done. Just let me know what you consider the best way to proceed. I think filing an Intend to Salvage bug would be a sensible way to go and I'm fine using the Bug of the Day template to file this bug but I will not be the additional Uploader. Kind regards Andreas. -- https://fam-tille.de
