Nano is a simple editor -- it is intended for reasonably-sized files. In other words: wontfix. (Also, you're not saying what the actual problem is. Does it take too long? Does your machine not have RAM enough to ingest the whole file? Nano needs to read the whole file first -- it is simple-minded.) Benno
