libgdata is effectively unmaintained upstream (#1082010) and is blocking
removal of libsoup2.4.
Now that trixie is out, I've disabled the last remaining
libgdata-dependent feature in GNOME (Google Drive integration in gvfs),
allowing libgdata to be removed.
