As discussed by private mail and IRC, 'dgit build-source' doesn't run the check that the tree implied by the .dsc is the same as HEAD. It is natural to try to use 'dgit build-source' to diagnose conversion problems at the tag2upload service, say, so it should also run this check. -- Sean Whitton
