Attempted to install "redis" package (using apt) for use with WordPress

I attempted to run Redis using the "systemctl start redis-server" cammand
* What was the outcome of this action?
Error messages about the restart count exceeding 5
* What outcome did you expect instead?
No errors, and a running redis-server daemon
