Bug#1108025: Missing vgabios package

In my experience I had the symlink broken too. A google search revealed
vgabios package was not installed. Installing it fixed the problem, no
renaming was necessary.
I'm surprised that vgabios wasn't installed since `apt depends bochs` shows
it as a dependency.
