Hello YOSHINO-san,
rpm-i18n stopped shipping localized man pages, see bug #1077994 for
details.
Please include the previous Japanese translations in manpages-ja for
Forky, all other translations are now handled by manpages-l10n.
I put Mario in CC, who might be able to support you in the import of
the japanese translation, if you want.
