Dear maintainers, it looks that in the kernel of Trixie this issue has been fixed.
A workaround for bookworm is, to inst5all the kernel and the firmware-* packages from Trixie into Bookworm. Yes, I know, not a satisfying solution, but as Trixie is short from release, it may not harm much. This issue can be closed. Best Hans
