Package: libgdiplus

Hi,
the buildd log for libgdiplus [1] says:
: arm not in arch list: i386 powerpc amd64 ia64 -- skipping
The P-A-S file [2] on the other hand claims:
%libgdiplus: amd64 i386 powerpc arm ia64 s390
One of those it at fault and is blocking f-spot from being
build. Dear maintainer, please try to build libgdiplus on arm or
confirm to the P-A-S maintainers that it should be excluded from arm.
