the file /usr/share/base-files/staff-group-for-usr-local contains information that is not valid since a few debian stable releases (it talks about debian wheezy), which could be misleading for anyone who finds this file on their modern systems. Please consider updating the contents of that file, or perhaps even getting rid of that file entirely.
