Dear Maintainer, While looking into [an upstream discussion][1], I noticed that the executable names on armel are different than those on all other architectures, because the armel names are incorrectly suffixed with 'bc': e.g. `racketbc`, `racobc`, `drracketbc`, `scribblebc`, `plt-r6rsbc`, etc. I believe adding `--enable-bcdefault` to the armel configure flags will fix this issue. Thanks as always for your superlative work on the Debian packaging of Racket!
