Hi,
My locale make some trouble to apt-build.
$ apt-build install memstat
Unable to find binary candidate for memstat at /usr/bin/apt-build line 476.
# see in "get_pkg_version" fonction
# open APTCIN, "LANG=C " . $conf->apt_cache . " policy $pkg_name |";
# implies a wrong parsing "Candidate" instead of "Candidat" (french locale)
$ locale

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

(note the extra 0xA0 character before the colon character)

Touching /etc/environment doesn't affect.
Is it really an apt-build issue ?
