Yes, this is correct and on purpose. This also applies to the English
version, and we are only shipping translations.
So please file a bug against bsdgames in case you think the English
version is incorrect. (You can reopen this bug and reassign, if you
want). Once this is decided upon, manpages-de can follow suite.
