Almost all ruby-* packages from this list are unmaintained upstream, except from ruby-prometheus-client-mmap which uses an extension in Rust (not supported by our tooling yet). All of them are not in testing because they do not build with ruby3.3. Let's remove them all from unstable and move on with the ruby3.1 removal. Cheers, Lucas Kanashiro.
