Hi, do you use SecureBoot? There nilfs2 isn't included. But it's strange that it doestn't exist in /boot/grub/ For me it is there. Does /usr/lib/grub/x86_64-efi/nilfs2.mod exists? /usr/lib/grub/x86_64-efi/fs.lst should list nilfs2
