I also support your proposal, sounds like the best approach for maintaining
udev rules. I'm also ready to review anything.
I reviewed the package, I think you should upload it to unstable ASAP. We can
then work on polishing it.
I've opened an ITP as Bug #1101136. You can see the source code here: <https://
salsa.debian.org/tachi/android-udev-rules>. I'll move the repo to the
appropriate Salsa namespace when ready.
How about moving it to https://salsa.debian.org/android-tools-team/ ?
As also mentioned in the ITP, I'd greatly appreciate help regarding the correct
set of Conflicts/Breaks/Replaces fields needed.
I'm not so good at them, but they should not be a blocker for uploading this.
This has to get through the NEW queue, so it needs to be uploaded like now. ASAP.
