Trying to print, with default settings I get the correct lpr command (as per $PATH); but that does not allow to choose the printer. Trying the "Location: Custom" menu item, I only get ** (evince:30718): WARNING **: Opening 'lpr -Paolw' for output failed (evince:30718): GnomePrint-CRITICAL **: file gnome-print-transport.c: line 173 ( gnome_print_transport_write): assertion `transport->opened' failed on STDERR (regardless if I use "plain" lpr, or with its full path, in the selection box).
