Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

   I wanted to run clatd

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

clatd did not run saying that some perl modules were not found. I
   installed libnet-ip-perl and libnet-dns-perl

   * What was the outcome of this action?

   It worked

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I was just trying to make clatd work, and it worked
