Source: gsequencer Version: 7.6.10-1 Severity: minor Tags: upstream libsoup.org appears to have expired or otherwise come under the control of someone outside GNOME, and is now advertising online gambling. The replacement URL for the libsoup HTTP library is libsoup.gnome.org.
It would be nice if there were no references to libsoup.org in trixie, so that we are not advertising a site that could contain malware either now or in the future. I'm in the process of replacing the references to the old domain within the GNOME team, but gsequencer is outside the team's control. Pseudo-patch: remove docs_url = "https://libsoup.org/libsoup-3.0/index.html" and replace with docs_url = "https://libsoup.gnome.org/libsoup-3.0/index.html" in both docs/reference/libags/Ags.conf.in and docs/reference/libags-audio/AgsAudio.conf.in, similar to <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tinysparql/-/merge_requests/765>. Please send this change upstream if you can (unfortunately I was unable to access their issue tracker). Thanks, smcv
