Package: mokutil
Version: 0.6.0-2+b1
Severity: normal

I added an autopkgtest to edk2 that does secure boot testing using the
shim-signed and grub-signed packages. Since these tests run emulated, I
enabled them on all archs, which requires co-installing
shim-signed:amd64 and shim-signed:arm64. These tests are failing on
Ubuntu because their shim-signed has mokutil in its dependency path.

arm64's mokutil seems to runs fine on amd64 when emulated via qemu-user,
so it seems like mokutil should be Multi-Arch: foreign.
