Valent is a GTK4 app utilizing the KDE Connect protocol. This allows
users running neither GNOME or KDE to install a KDE Connect client.
While it is currently in alpha stage it works well enough for me right
now.
I have local packaging ready; future adopters can choose to pick this
when taking over the RFP.
