I figured out the answer: The message is made with bold text! It just should come along on the screen when doing apt upgrade, etc. in normal text, just like all the other messages like this.
The problem is it is printed in bold text, sticking out like a sore thumb. So it needs to be changed from an "error", to just a "warning", or what ever it takes to get rid of the bold.
