Package: kokkos Version: 4.3.01 Debian control adds the following build dependencies which are not required by the package: libmemkind-dev libopenmpi-dev
The corresponding cmake options within the build rules do not exist as well in the given and higher versions. -DKokkos_ENABLE_MEMKIND=ON The above listed dependencies are not required by the library and I suggest to remove these.
