Please rebuild kylin-burner. This will result in kylin-burner having a Depends: libtinysparql-3.0-0 instead of against the transitional libtracker-sparql-3.0-0 . I encourage you to also replace Suggests: tracker with Suggests: localsearch You can also update the package description to mention LocalSearch instead of tracker.
