Also stable version have missed python3-six dependency but was not saw before because of other package/s (I have not checked what in cinnamon case) that have it as dep.
However, there may be cases of installations where there are no other packages installed that install python3-pampy, causing the lack to be detected (causing issue).
Since there have been no other reports it is assumed that they have not happened, or rare and not reported, or reported in other applications that use python3-pampy (like the recent problem caused to cinnamon users reported in cinnamon and cinnamon-control-center).
In stable if you want to make a fix I think you can simply add python3-six as a dependency.
