The license changes should now be updated in upload #4 from the 9th of Feb.
lrc will show several false positives, but a couple of notes to make
about the inc/ and bootstrap/inc/ dirs:
- GPL-2+ and LGPL-2.x <-- this will now show up as 'GPL-2+' with a
comment. While lrc will report LGPL-2.x
- GPL-2+ and GPL-3+ <-- this will now show up as GPL-3+
This is to recognise the stricter license when two are combined and the
compatibility is clear. Most of those types of combinations have a
comment explaining it.
