Unfortunately the root cause is a CMake change that showed this wrong usage of 
private targets in Qt. Qt is aware of this issue and there are attempts to fix 
this (maybe it is already fixed in Qt upstream; I havn't followed on that). But 
so far we need to wait for a fixed Qt version (or a backport) in order to 
remove the -private-dev packages again.
