Dear Maintainer, using md5sum on debian is extra painful compared to every other distribution that ships coreutils, especially when I have to use fresh containers or virtual machines or remote machines that don't have my local modification that removes /bin/md5sum.textutils Please remove the symlink in time for trixie so that debian's packaging of coreutils is more in line with how every single other distro packages it (meaning without /bin/md5sum.textutils). The patch has been available for over a year.
