Would you prefer to take the package completely?

I packaged safeclib only because it was needed as a dependency, due to use
of microsoftish "secure" functions. That has been long since fixed, thus
this package is of no interest to me. Moreover, I deeply despite this set
of functions -- not only they don't provide any safety (an official writeup
at https://open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n1967.htm describes some
of the problems) but also are marketed by Microsoft as the only safe way;
this plague has infected some commercial linters that I had the displeasure
of being subjected to.

However, I don't despise the upstream of this package, it's a competent
implementation of the bad standard, for compat purposes.

I see though, that there are no reverse dependencies, thus removing this
package is another option.

In any case -- whether you prefer to take the package or to remove it,
I'd be happy if it's taken from my hands.
