Package: polari Version: 46.0-1 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: hazepas...@proton.me
Dear Maintainer, Just installed Polari for the first time to ask a question on the Debian IRC, and ended up encountering this bug. Upon joining any channel, the entire window becomes unresponsive. Trying to use GNOME's kill window shortcut (Alt+F4 by default) does not kill the window as expected but instead restores the window to normal responsiveness. This bug happens 100% of the time when joining any channel. Trying to use the "raise window" shortcut does not do anything. Problem occured on a relatively fresh install of testing, no other DEs or WMs besides GNOME are installed. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.12.12-amd64 (SMP w/12 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages polari depends on: ii dconf-gsettings-backend [gsettings-backend] 0.40.0-5 ii gir1.2-adw-1 1.7~beta-2 ii gir1.2-gdkpixbuf-2.0 2.42.12+dfsg-2 ii gir1.2-glib-2.0 [gir1.2-gio-2.0] 2.83.3-2 ii gir1.2-gtk-4.0 4.16.12+ds-3 ii gir1.2-pango-1.0 1.56.1-1 ii gir1.2-secret-1 0.21.6-3 ii gir1.2-soup-3.0 3.6.4-2 ii gir1.2-telepathyglib-0.12 0.24.2-2 ii gir1.2-tracker-3.0 3.7.3-2+b1 ii gjs 1.82.1-1 ii libc6 2.40-6 ii libgirepository-1.0-1 1.82.0-4 ii libgjs0g 1.82.1-1 ii libglib2.0-0t64 2.83.3-2 ii libglib2.0-bin 2.83.3-2 ii libtelepathy-glib0t64 0.24.2-2 ii libtracker-sparql-3.0-0 3.7.3-2+b1 ii telepathy-idle 0.2.2-1+b1 ii telepathy-mission-control-5 1:5.16.5-2.2+b1 ii tracker 3.7.3-2+b1 polari recommends no packages. polari suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
