Source: scipy Followup-For: Bug #1083172 True, something has gone badly wrong with the doc package for scipy 1.14.
In the meantime you may want to try scipy 1.15 from experimental. The scipy 1.15 docs are in place. (the style is broken, which is a different issue as noted in Bug#1088105)
