thanks to Alexandre ncftp is now on Salsa which enables providing build logs easily in Salsa CI. I think the problem of this build issue is hidden behind some totally broken / outdated autoconf stuff. I tried my best (which admittedly is not much) and added a patch[1] which leads to the failure you can see in Salsa CI[2]. As you can see I might have messed up things even more than it was before unfortunately. Any help to fix this is welcome. Kind regards Andreas.
