Related to this bug, I've reported https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1095737 about the unsatisfiable recommends on valgrind-dbg. Providing valgrind-dbg again (so fixing this bug 1057621) would be a way to fix bug 1095737. I'm also wondering about the current status of this bug.
