Dear Maintainer,

In linux kernel is suggestive named variable called ktime_t which not have
writting protection, which is bad.
I see many workarounds relative to this situation but i think whithout more
success.
ktime_t i think have glue whith jiffies variable below is an litle example
whith bad situation:
On file drivers/cpuidle/cpuidle.c to function cpuidle_enter write whith 0
dev->next_hrtimer variable.
