I guess that your libgtk-3-0 package has the same version. If you look closely, you spot an epoch that does not exist in the Debian package nor in the declared Breaks+Replaces. As a result, Breaks+Replaces do not match and you receive an unpack error. I argue there is nothing Debian can do here. The distribution that added the epoch should also add it to libgtk-3-0t64 and to the Breaks+Replaces. Please close the report if you agree. A kind soul suggested Ccing plugwash for the Raspbian side.
