Bug#1073595: libuv1 1.49.2 in unstable soon?

I saw that there is libuv1 1.49.2 in experimental.
May I know whether the plan is to have it in unstable/testing soon?
Bug 1073595 has been blocking works on ocaml-luv and haxe.
