Package: vim-nox
Version: 2:9.1.0967-2+b1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

start vim (using terminator with white on black terminal)

type some text

do `:highlight visual cterm=reverse`

use shift-v or ctrl-v to select some text

result: the text/background colours are not reversed as they were in
bookworm - instead the visual highlight just changes the white on black
text to gray on black.
