Hi,
when tring to build pidgin-latex the debhelper tools are issuing the following
warning: Compatibility levels before 10 are deprecated (level 9 in use)
It seems to be sensible to upgrade to some later debhelper level. If you
touch this package it makes sense to move the packaging to Salsa where
other pidgin-* plugins reside inside the debian/ team.
