Package: lazarus-src-3.8 Version: 3.8_3.8+dfsg1-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? I upgraded lazarus from 3.6 to 3.8 * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? aptitude upgrade. (Using apt upgrade has the same problem) * What was the outcome of this action? The upgrade stop with this error message from dpkg: /var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/preinst: 10: Syntax error: "fi" unexpected * What outcome did you expect instead? Flawless upgrade The system did not upgrade unrelated packages and had a mixture of versions 3.6 and 3.8. I reverted to version 3.6, therefore the installed packages don't show the state of the system, when the upgrade failed. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (101, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.13-rc7-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=de:en_US Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled lazarus-src-3.8 depends on no packages. lazarus-src-3.8 recommends no packages.
