Package: neutron-api Version: 2:25.0.0-5 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Currently, the default configuration for /etc/init.d/neutron-api does only binds to IPv4, not with IPv6 in a dualstack environment. The initialization script 'WSGI_BIND_IP' with an empty variable, results that the service is only binding with IPv4. I propose to change the value to '[::]' that will also include IPv6 binding in a dualstack setting. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-30-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages neutron-api depends on: ii adduser 3.137 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.89 ii neutron-common 2:25.0.0-5 ii python3-keystoneclient 1:5.5.0-4 ii python3-openstackclient 6.6.0-6 ii python3-pastescript 3.6.0-2 ii python3-q-text-as-data [q-text-as-data] 3.1.6-4 ii uwsgi-plugin-python3 2.0.21-5.1 neutron-api recommends no packages. neutron-api suggests no packages. -- debconf information excluded Best regards, Barin
