Bug#1092936: wrong package name in symbols file

If I apply this patch will it also fix #1092915
<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1092915>? I want to know
if I should close that bug in the changelog or will some other mechanism
close that bug.
