As discussed on #1089850, we already removed gimp-texturize from s390x,
but it came back before we could get gimp removed (possibly rebuilt
automatically as part of some unrelated transition). Now that gimp:s390x
has gone away, gimp-texturize will harmlessly go into BD-Uninstallable
state if an attempt is made to rebuild it.
