The NMU has reached Testing by now, and I had pushed my changes to the
package repo when it reached Incoming. Thus I have now prepared another
update, following the same procedure and tests as mentioned before in

<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1077255#10> and
<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1077255#15>

I.e. the resulting package is lintian-clean and passes its autopkgtest,
and building libpsl also succeeds with it installed, and I copied it to
<https://people.debian.org/~florian/publicsuffix/>, and I upload to
DELAYED/10 only. Please let me know if this delay should be extended or
the upload should be removed.

If the NMU will reach incoming, I will also push my changes to the
package repo. I will keep this bug here open as my NMU is already
outdated itself, and I intend to eventually update the package again
after some more time.

Cheers,
Flo
