Now that we have https://github.com/cornelius/libkode/blob/master/LICENSE.txt ,
I have a prepared version of src:libkode packaging at
https://salsa.debian.org/qt-kde-team/extras/libkode now.

* The ITP for src:libkode is now at https://bugs.debian.org/1092284 .
* It should appear in the NEW queue very soon.

Note that src:libkode upstream was only building a static library.
I made some modification to only provide shared libraries.
The packaging do need some improvement, but I guess it should be
uploaded to the NEW queue sooner rather than later so here we are.
