This package is currently failing its debci testsuite with PHPUnit 11 as available in experimental for almost a year (two years even for PHPUnit 10). https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?experimental=1&package=phpunit Using “Restrictions: allow-stderr” in debian/tests/control is probably enough to fix the issue.
