Control: affects -1 + src:vtun
vtun currentyl ftbfs with our default gcc. Last upstream release was in
2016; maintainer orphaned it in 2020. There are currently open bugs
indicating it crashes on startup.
Let it go. wireguard et al exist as replacements.
