I would avoid discussion here.  Like debian-devel-changes, we don't
expect humans to routinely read this (although, no doubt, some do).
(Obviously during initial deployment phases we *will* be reading it to
monitor how the deployment and operation is going.)

So I would prefer this description:

 Processing reports, includsing build logs, from the tag2upload service.
 Will also receives automated messages fromk other Debian software
 not yet updated to email the original t2u git tagger instead.

 Used for monitoring, auditing, archival, and debugging.
 Suitable for possible automated auditing of uploads.
 List is not for discussion; it may not always be monitored by humans.
