That's #1087919 in meson, which affects many GNOME-adjacent packages,
and should be fixed by upstream meson 1.6.1 (I sent a PR, and it was
accepted, but it isn't in a release or in Debian yet). It doesn't affect
the official buildds and can be ignored for the purposes of fixing FTBFS
bugs in individual packages.
