- Installed the kicad-8.0.6+dfsg-1~bpo12+1 package in Bookworm via
bookworm-backports
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
- Tried to launch the pcbnew application within kicad
* What was the outcome of this action?
- "Application cannot start" dialog with the following details:

* What outcome did you expect instead?
- I expected pcbnew to run normally
Reported to KiCad project as
https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues/19246 and was told it was a
packaging issue to be reported to the Debianbug tracker
